In as little as three steps, finalize your BCWPA membership, join a community of wonderful people, and find your place in our magical, exciting world!
Step One
Fill out the Ballyraven Institute of Cryptozoological Sciences Graduation Exam.
Step Two
Submit a photo of yourself for the BCWPA roster. Photos can be submitted to: the Ballyraven Facebook page (via Facebook Messenger), the @ballyraven_folklore Instagram page (via DMs), to the Discord (on the welcome or irl_chat channel of via DM to the Ballyraven), or via email to ballyraven.folklore@gmail.com.
The artwork made for your BCWPA bio will be based on your photo submission and other choices.
Step Three
Choose a banner to work under at the BCWPA (unless you have signed up on Patreon first!).
Detailed information can be found about each banner here and sign-ups for each banner occur here.
Step Four
Receive your diploma, ID Badge, Name Tag, and Banner Acceptance Letter digitally from Patreon or Discord.
Receive your BCWPA Welcome Package in the mail within 1 - 2 weeks.
Submit information for your bio, participate in research, creature naming, storytelling, and polls, attend on and offline meet-ups, sign up for new certifications, and enjoy your time at the BCWPA!
